I am totally in love with this coat. It reminds me of this Junya coat that I never bought and still, four years later have regrets about not getting. I love coats with crazy collars, this one is no exception. Pretty sure I'll be living in this for the winter. It may not be Junya, but it makes me so happy.
Sorry for the Photobooth and bad lighting.

I tried on these YSL booties last week and was surprised by how comfortable they were. I assume it has something to do with the 2 inch platform. They were beautiful and and I can picture wearing them with a million things. While I won't be spending over a G on them, I will remember our time together fondly.

I am excited to say that one of the funniest bloggers on the interweb, Brendan Donnelly, has started a t shirt line. Not only does he have the cutest lil' effer as his model but the shirts pay homage to my bathroom. I'm looking forward to picking one of these up for my nephew.

This fiber optic wallpaper by Camilla Diedrich would look amazing in my bathroom. It's pretty safe to say I will never be able to afford these, but a girl can dream.

Friend and former co-worker, Andy Rementer has an amazing show happening in Beacon, NY. If you are in the area, stop on by or make a day out of it. You can always visit his website, Techno Tuesday, which is updated with a new strip every Tuesday. Congratulations Andy!

Really excited about these shots (scans rather) of shoes by the talented Peter Miszuk. Not only do I like his taste in shoes but also the subjects he shoots for his street style site. I have to admit that I am rather over photography at the moment. I guess the idea that any one can pick up a camera and call themselves a photographer drives me a bit mad. Anyways, check out his site frequently as there are promises for contents of La Lanphear's purse, and others.

I tried on this Elizabeth and James jacket at Joan Shepp and what I didn't realize at the time was that the sleeves come off and it turns into a vest. I really liked the fit of this jacket, not to mention the leather mixed with wool. I'm all about mixing textures and fabrics so this jacket is definitely on my list.
